From any direction on 270:

• Take the Manchester West exit
• Get in the Right turning lane and take the Des Peres Road exit
• Turn Left/North at the Des Peres Road intersection/light
• Go North on Des Peres Road until you see Gateway on your left 

On Manchester West:

• Get in the Right turning lane and take the Des Peres Road exit

• Get in the Right turning lane and take the Des Peres Road exit
