Gateway Young Adults meet on Wednesday nights for casual discussion and fellowship time together. Group discussions center around topics relevant to Young Adult concerns and are always grounded in God’s Word. Come early because Young Adults eat free at the all-church dinner at 5:30 pm in the gym!
Summer Schedule
Wednesday Devos and Desserts // 6:30-8:00 pm // Various Homes Across STL
Our church loves to support Young Adults! During the summer months, many of our church families open their homes for Devos and Desserts. A dessert is provided each week, while the group dives into the narrative of the early church found in the book of Acts. What makes these special is that, rather than a lesson, Young Adults get to share their observations with each other and witness how God is speaking in their lives.
Monthly Events
Year-round, the Young Adult ministry hosts a monthly event, just for those ages 18-25! Monthly events include service opportunities, community building activities, retreats, and experiences exploring the St. Louis area. Gateway’s Young Adult Ministry exists to support and foster spiritual growth in young people age 18-25. Young Adult Ladies Craft Night 🎨 Friday, October 2, 6:30 pm Join other ladies from Gateway for an evening of crafts and community. Bring your own craft to complete or tackle one of the available projects. This craft night will be at the Naglaks (12295 Autumn Hill Court, Maryland Heights). Young Adult FMSC Signup 🍚 Wednesday, October 14, 5:45-8:30 pm The Young Adults are teaming up together for the Wednesday Night Shift of FMSC 2026! Register here and Pastor Steve will add you to the FMSC Young Adult Team packing 6:00-8:30 PM on October 15th. (Please note, while the shift starts at 6:00, please arrive no later than 5:45 to get trained.) Further details will be emailed to you regarding what to wear, what to bring and how else to prepare for YA shift.Register Here! Young Adult Savory S'mores Sliders 🔥 Friday, October 30, 5:30pm Warm up around the bonfire as we enjoy Savory S'mores Sliders at the Naglaks on Friday, October 30, starting at 5:30 pm! In addition to the classic chocolate, marshmallow and graham, we'll be doing s'mores made out of toasted meats, melty cheeses, and Kings Hawaiian Bread (gluten-free options will be available)! After dinner we'll enjoy some worship around the fire and hear a devotion led by one of the Young Adults. For those who want to stay longer, we'll watch a movie on the outside projector screen.Sign Up! Current WNL Series: Navigating Adulthood The life of a young adult is marked by numerous transitions surrounding their identity, relationships and responsibilities. They are challenged with how to care for themselves while also contributing to their community and finding their purpose as they adapt to new challenges.
